This Privacy Policy explains what information SABI ("we," "our," or "us") collects from website visitors, and how that information is used. This page is also where we'll keep any other terms that govern your use of SABI's site and services as they're introduced.
If you sign up for Thoughtline, SABI's weekly creative prompt subscription, we collect your name and phone number. This is currently the only information we ask you to provide.
When you visit sabi.london, we use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how you navigate the site. This helps us refine our web design and content strategy. These third-party analytics services use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, browser, and device type, to generate insights on your browsing activity on our webpages. We do not have visibility of any identifying raw data, only the anonymised insights.
If you are subscribed to Thoughtline, we use your name and phone number solely to send you the weekly creative prompts you've signed up to receive.
To operate the SMS service, your details pass through a few service providers on our behalf; When you sign up, your name and phone number are stored via Google Apps Script, which passes that information to ClickSend, a third party platform we use to send the texts to our mailing list. These providers only process your information to deliver the service — they don't use it for their own purposes. We neither sell your information, nor share it with any other third party.
By signing up, you consent to receive a text message from SABI once a week at the number you provided. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP. You can request that we delete your information by contacting us at office@sabi.london.
Our website uses Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity, which set cookies on your browser to help us understand the traffic and content engagement. You can filter or block cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking generally using Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time by contacting us at office@sabi.london.
